Thaw pork
loin (I usually thaw in hot water)
Trim of excess fat, trust me it’s worth it!
Drizzle EVOO
on it and smother in salt, pepper, cumin garlic powder, oregano, sage.
(i also used a grill mates type seasoning that works great!)
Bake at 325
for 45 minutes. Let rest.
